Wallpaper removal is NOT an exact science.  We do have many years of experience though, bringing it to as close to a science as possible.  But even with our trained eye and experience, there is no way to know for sure just what it will take to get your paper down.   Many factors play a part in how easy or difficult each paper removal will be:

• Type of paper

• Type of paste used

• Preparation, or lack of it when it was hung.

• Condition of the walls prior to the paper being hung.

• Other layers of paper underneath

   Even when the job is started and looks like it is proceeding well, it may not continue going well in the next room, on the next wall, or even farther down the same wall.

   We provide you with a complete cost estimate to remove yourpaper.  At times though, there may be the need to do further unanticipated work in order to get your walls to the condition you desire for the requested finish.  This may also incur more cost, but we will make every attempt to inform you along the way if we are unable to stick to the estimate.
